Dexter Station Groundbreaking

We are excited to annouce the groundbreaking of a 10-story high-rise shell and core office building which will be LEED certified. Site improvements of 69,000 sf will include mass excavation, modified soil-nailed shoring, site grading, site utilities including an onsite detention system, paving and landscaping. The building will consist of a 156,000 sf parking garage constructed of cast-in-place concrete, a 355,000 sf Class "A" office building constructed of structural steel with brace frame and a 9,000 sf storage area. Project will be complete in early 2015. -
