    We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of the Palladian Hotel in October. The nine story building was originally the Calhoun Hotel constructed in 1910 in downtown Seattle. We will be doing a complete remodel of the interiors, new mechanical, electrical infrastructure, as well as a seismic retrofit of the structure.

    We are excited to annouce the groundbreaking of a 10-story high-rise shell and core office building which will be LEED certified. Site improvements of 69,000 sf will include mass excavation, modified soil-nailed shoring, site grading, site utilities including an onsite detention system, paving and landscaping. The building will consist of a 156,000 sf parking garage constructed of cast-in-place concrete, a 355,000 sf Class "A" office building constructed of structural steel with brace frame and a 9,000 sf storage area. Project will be complete in early 2015.
