Architectural features include a curtainwall window system with vision glass and white fritted spandrel glass, blue glass accents on the balcony guardrails, and rooftop canopy. Ceiling heights range from 10-0” to 11’-4” in the penthouse units.
Two secured high-speed elevators provide access between below-grade residential parking areas and all condominium floors. Common condominium spaces include an expansive outdoor patio deck with four barbecue stations and a pet area, game room, media room, kitchen and restroom facilities.
