The Octave 9 project entails a complete renovation of the Seattle Symphony’s current Soundbridge space at Benaroya Hall, located at the corner of Second Avenue and Union Street in downtown Seattle. It is a highly flexible education and performance venue of approximately 2,500 square feet, incorporating advanced audio, visual and other technology systems to create a unique, immersive educational and music performance experience. The scope of the renovation also includes back-of-house support spaces such as restrooms, a dressing room, sound and light lock adjacent to the main room,a remote storage room located on a bi-level, and a remote AV control room located on the parking level below.
